Dear Paul J. Gertler,

May I point out the mistake in your message: 'Word Bank' rather than
'World Bank'. Oomph, the Freudian slip works all-right at the end: 
'World Bank -- Word Bank' signifying lots of talk (no real debate 
within) and no well-meaning and good action (only assertions).
