Thanks for the 12th World AIDS Conference update; your message is ap-
preciated, particularly regarding the issue of breast-feeding and 
vertical HIV transmission. Some colleagues and I are increasingly 
concerned about the possibility of overly promoting bottle-feeding 
among mothers in developing countries, though of course it's a com-
plex issue....
