SatelLife, in partnership with the Africa Telemedicine Consortium Proj-
ect, will be participating in the Africa Telemedicine Project Confer-
ence on "Low cost technologies for information access for health and 
public health care delivery in the developing world" in Nairobi, Kenya 
19-21 February, 1999. 

Plenary and workshop presentations will be given on SatelLife's efforts 
over the last ten years in communications and information technologies 
to create access to health information in the developing world. We en-
courage all interested health professionals who can attend to do so and 
look forward to meeting the subscribers of our electronic discussion 
groups.
