Dear Madame, Dear Sir

I wonder whether you can send me data regarding disc surgery rates in 
South Africa in connection with ICD 722 for the 4 years 93-96. I am 
currently preparing a publication on disc surgery rates (per 10,000 in-
habitants) in Germany and want to compare the results with those from 
other countries. It would be very helpful if you could provide the 
data. Co-workers are Prof. Chris Bulstrode and Mr. Muir Gray, both from 
Oxford. I appreciate that you may charge me a fee.
