RFI: Malaria Prophylaxis in Africa (5)

I won't recommend chloroquine as drug of choice, i.e. first-line pro-
phylacticum in Africa. The biggest problem is there the severe chloro-
quine resistant Pl. falciparum malaria. If mefloquine ("Lariam") is not
good for a certain reason, doxycyclin prevention is the second line.
