I'm concerned about the quality of care Black Zimbabweans are getting 
from him, who is obviously a "white" boy.  :-)

Not that I'm in favour of "political respect", but the above adage is a 
bit dated. I guess he was trying to do tongue-in-cheek humour.

If that's the case, the good doctor should not give up his day job for 
a life of stand-up comedy anytime soon.  :-)
