The post of Coordinator Human Resource Development and Capacity Build-
ing was advertised in all member states in December 1998.

The member states who have not yet done so, are requested to invite 
suitably qualified and experienced nationals to apply for this post. 
Nurses and Midwives with relevant qualifications and experience are 
strongly encouraged to apply for the position, whose deadline for re-
ceiving applications at CRHCS is 7th March 1999.

All applications in the member states should be sent to the Regional 
Secretary through Permanent/Principal Secretaries of respective coun-
tries who will shortlist applications for submission to the Regional 
Secretary in Arusha, Tanzania so as to reach her by 7th March, 1999.

We will highly appreciate your prompt action in disseminating this ad-
vertisement as widely as possible to the relevant people and institu-
tions in your country.
