Referring to an AFRO-NETS message from 28 Nov. 1996:

I'm building a library collection at Howard University on health issues 
in Africa. I'm particularly interested in effects of war on children 
and women. Your last conference (3rd international) caught my eye while 
I was on the internet. I'd appreciate any information from that confer-
ence or when the next one will take place.
