So far I have responses from Nigeria, Burkina Faso and Cameroon. I have 
no response from Somalia, Djibouti, Egypt, Mali, Sierra Leone, Sudan, 
Gambia, Ivory Coast, Chad, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Togo, Cen-
tral African Republic.

[Could anybody with contacts in these countries please distribute the message and ask for nominations? D.N. Mod.]
