Mozambique - request for consultancy

The Government of Mozambique is carrying out a Strategic Planning exer-
cise in order to design a New Strategic Plan on HIV/AIDS with a Mul-
tisectorial focus.

It is looking for a specialist on Strategic Planning processes, pref-
erably Portuguese speaking, with wide working experience in African 
countries or other developing countries and immediate availability for 
work in Mozambique for the next 6 months.
