RFI: Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)

Hello,

I am trying to write a paper on different aspects of FGM in Africa. For 
this purpose I would be pleased to make contact with NGOS and grass-
roots organisations working to eradicate FGM in Africa. Of particular 
interest are the different models of approach, problems encountered, 
successes etc. 

I am also interested in information on projects initiated by 'Maendeleo 
ya Wanawake' in Kenya in the campaign against FGM. I would be particu-
larly happy to make contacts with persons involved in this project.
