Hello Tom,

An altruistic local transport company may be a bit hard to come by in 
our location. Our organisation can provide a van to move the computer 
and tape player around, but we will need help with its running costs (a 
driver, and fuel for the van) - fuels costs are prohibitive in these 
parts.

How rugged is the Universal Power Supply? It will be helpful if its 
running costs will be within the reach of the pilot programme.
