Public Health in Sudan
----------------------
In my country Sudan the concept of Public Health is very much forgotten
and misused if followed. Sudan is almost endemic for all the tropical
and infectious diseases, with a very minimal approach towards control
from the public health point of view. I believe that public health is
the proper tool to combat and control these diseases and from this cor-
ner the message can spread and the actual implementation of the Science
will then be easy.
I would like to really work and get training in this field for I really
believe that it is the only way out for my country, since we have still
a lot of ignorance and poverty, together with the conflicts of war and
the governmental conflicts upon the leadership.
