Public Health in Sudan (2)

I do not understand the point Dr Abuzeid is making. Is he justifying 
his on-going training in public health at the London School, or wishing 
he had an opportunity to train in public health? Is he using this means 
to belittle the health authorities in Sudan, or did I miss something 
concerning the importance of a public health approach to medico-
sanitary practice in Sudan?
