"Forum 3", Geneva, 8-10 June 1999


Dear colleagues,

"Forum 3", the third annual forum of the Global Forum for Health Re-
search (GFHR) is being held from Tuesday 8 June to Thursday 10 June,
1999 at the Forum Park Hotel, Geneva, Switzerland. We look forward to
discussing the major challenges currently facing the health research
community and identifying ways to attack the 10/90 dis-equilibrium in
the coming year.

Forum 3 Agenda - The Agenda can be downloaded from the Global Forum Web
site at:
http://www.globalforumhealth.org

Registration - Registration will take place between 8.00 - 11:00 am on
Tuesday, 8 June.

Getting to the Forum Park Hotel - The Forum Park Hotel is located on:
Avenue Louis-Casai 75-77
1216 Geneva (near the airport)

There is a free shuttle bus from the airport and the number 10 bus from
Geneva centre, Cornavin Station, stops next to the hotel.

Hotel Accommodation - If you have not yet booked your hotel accommoda-
tion, please do so as soon as possible. The Global Forum has block-
booked rooms in the Forum Park Hotel, but we are obliged to release un-
booked rooms by 24 May. Booking forms for the Forum Park can be found
on the Annual Forum page of the Global Forum Web site.

Forum 3 Documents - Briefs of presentations at Forum 3 can be down-
loaded from our Web site. New papers are being added to the site as
they become available. Please note that Forum 3 documents will be dis-
tributed at the meeting.

We look forward to a fruitful meeting with you in Geneva.
