Opportunities for Legal, Quality Control and Management Experts in the 
Field of Essential Drugs


The Division: Pharmaceutical Services in the Ministry of Health and So-
cial Services of Namibia, supported by the Namibia Integrated Health 
Programme requires the following services: 

1. Consultancy to assist in setting up the Medicines Quality Control
   Laboratory (appr. three weeks in August 1999)

2. Consultancy to draft regulations to the Medicines and Related Sub-
   stances Control Bill (appr. three weeks in July 1999)

3. Consultancy to develop registration procedures for essential and ge-
   neric drugs (appr. three weeks in August 1999)

4. Manager for the Central Medical Stores (one year assignment, start-
   ing as soon as possible)
