Dear Siyad,

Thanks for your e-mail. I have been very interested in Kenyan health 
care system. Your information will help. Additionally I was making the 
point that there is prejudiced tendency in some of the Western coun-
tries/universities NOT to focus on contribution of Third World migrants 
to their own development (health, education, industry, manufacturing, 
services, science and technology, etc.). For example, US is built by 
the people from Third World; but the American mainstream social history 
does not want to recognise it.
