Hello AFRO-NETS subscribers,

Boston University's School of Public Health is accepting applications 
for its 3 month course on Health economics and financing for developing 
countries, to be held in Boston from September 16 to December 10, 1999. 
The course provides 1/3 of the credits required for an MPH at the
