I know it is some time since this thread was last posted.

However, I am sure that there was some response to the enquiry con-
cerning mailing lists and address directories for Ministry of Health 
contact details. I assume that the Commonwealth Secretariat intend to 
share the results of their enquiries with the AFRO-NETS forum.
