In light of what was written by Tim France, I would like to suggest 
that perhaps we 

1. have some of the conferences/workshops ONLINE. Have an online con-
   ference. The papers and proceedings could stay available online.

2. Look into setting up a clearinghouse on the HealthNet subject mat-
   ters.
