Dear Godfrey Musuka,

Distant Education means that you study at your home location and just 
travel to the institution for examination. Therefore the country 
shouldn't really be of importance, isn't it?

So, why don't have a look at "Health Training", an inventory of inter-
national training opportunities in International and Public Health, 
searchable by study type (e.g. Distant Learning) at:
