To the authors - A warning to all African Writers (2)

I just wonder what noise would have been made if this were European 
or American writers. Just when will this double standards end?

Even if the project had unexpected financial difficulties, I am sure 
they had less motivation to have back up system since they were deal-
ing with African writers.

I am sorry to our colleagues who spent so much time and money and I 
do hope the problem is solved decently.
