Mozambique disaster, where do we stand? (12)

I am afraid that on this medical and scientific forum we have shifted
our dialogue toward political points. I am strongly convinced that
this, i.e. to discuss political and/or "western" contra "african" view-
points, - is not our task. It would be much worthwhile to scrutinize
the medical (first aid, rescue work, emergency points, etc.,) conse-
quences of this really sad event, i.e. the Mozambique flood.
