RFI: HIV/AIDS/SIDA in Sub-Saharan African military (4)
------------------------------------------------------

Dear Colleague,

Which military do you train and how much AIDS is there? In sub-
Saharan Africa we have too much AIDS in the civilian population to
the extent that we do not worry about the military sub-section. You
know as much as anyone else, that is, if you do really train any
military, that whatever happens in the military of any country is
guarded under security information and confidentiality. So why do you
expect any intelligent person to go the web and spew military se-
cretes of his/her own country?

Those who engineered AIDS have an imbedded mechanism of knowing what
is happening to the military of sub-Saharan populations they do not
need your help unless of course you are one of them or working for
them.

Thanking you for opening our eyes a little wider.
