Malawi rejects anti-AIDS loan (10)

I agree with the previous writer (Sanyakhu-Sheps Amare') on this 
point. Why would African countries refuse loans? Many things appear 
so simple on the surface, but in reality they are not. Well I guess 
when one gets caught up in a cause and effect relationship (linear 
thinking) it closes a lot of possibilities. As the writer says this 
is how the whole relationship ("facts") is ignored. This is a 
'deadly' solution to any problem or alleged problem.
