RFI: Discussion Group on 'Drug Access Initiative'

I am interested in finding information about the Drug Access Initia-
tive organized by the World Bank to help bring affordable AIDS drugs 
to developing countries. Is there a discussion group I could ask off 
of AFRO-NETS or could you point me in a better direction?
