RFI: Meningitis vaccination in pregnancy

I have a pregnant lady (5 months) who wants to go for pilgrimage to 
Mecca where meningitis vaccination is required. Is it safe to give 
her as I am concerned of the possible risk of the disease in a place 
where millions of people gather from different part of the world? At 
the same time I am concerned about the safety of this vaccine in 
pregnancy as I read in the leaflet of the meningitis vaccine that 
they do not know. Kindly need your suggestions.
