The Partnerships for Health Reform (PHR) Project concluded five years 
of work in September, 2000. During this period, the project consulted 
on both focused and broad health reform programs in Africa, Asia, and 
the Americas. It has helped countries and communities with health 
policy, management, finance, and worker incentives. It has conducted 
research, provided training, and implemented programs. On January 16, 
we will highlight the achievements of PHR and discuss ways to ensure 
that future efforts are even more fruitful. We welcome all to join 
us. There is no fee to attend; however, we ask that you provide your
