RFI: Zimbabwe - HIV/AIDS

We are interested in building strong advocacy in the fight against 
HIV/AIDS in Africa. And Zimbabwe is one of the countries we want to 
focus. 

Could anyone help me find:

1. What you would consider the best resources on the web for Zimbabwe
   HIV/AIDS situation?
2. Zimbabwean organizations (or individuals) leading the fight 
   against HIV/AIDS inside the country.
