RFI: Roll Back Malaria Advocacy guide

Dear Sirs,

According to our information a 'Roll Back Malaria' (RBM) advocacy 
guide should have been distributed to RBM partners in January 2001. 
Any chance you could inform me how to get such a guide as our agent 
in West Africa very much would like to receive such one. 

Please advice if you know.
