RFI: Cost of antimalaria drugs

Hello list members, 

I would appreciate it if any members on the list updated me on the 
current cost of an adult dose of the following antimalaria drugs for 
malaria control programs in Africa: 

(a) oral (tablets) artesunate 
(b) oral (tablets) amodiaquine 
(c) oral (tablets) sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine 

The cost could be expressed as per adult dose. Thank you.
