The United Nations has produced an information booklet for UN staff 
on HIV/AIDS. You might find it useful. It can be downloaded form the 
UNAIDS site at:
http://www.unaids.org/publications/documents/sectors/index.html#workplace

Also, I suggest contacting the Human Resource departments at various 
UN agencies, to see what they have in the way of staff policies.
