RFI: Hospital Information Systems in sub-Saharan Africa

Dear All,

Anybody with information on how many hospitals exist in this region 
with complete or partial Hospital Information Systems? [A single sys-
tem with all the clinical (Lab, Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiology etc. 
modules) and financial (AR, decision support systems)]. If there are 
any, which are the major systems?
