RFI: Hospital Information Systems in sub-Saharan Africa (2)

I developed one Hospital Information System in Microsoft Access. The 
software included the following modules:

1 - Patients data entry
2 - Financial facturation
3 - Laboratory management
4 - Radiology management
5 - Pharmacy management
6 - Budget management
7 - Statistic production

The software is running today in four West African hospitals.
