HIV/AIDS in Africa - Information requested

Hello - my name is Mathew Helman and I'm a legislative assistant at 
the NAACP. I am doing research for the NAACP on the HIV/AIDS crisis 
in sub-Saharan Africa and was wondering if you have information on 
the issue that you could send (pamphlets, kits, packets, booklets or 
handouts with statistics, trends, solution alternatives, overall and 
nation-by-nation breakdowns).
