RFI: Affordable Solar Technologies

Kindly provide the OKOA Society for Environmental Protection and Com-
munity Development with the following information on cheap and af-
fordable solar technology:

1. Costs of buying set(s) for use in rural households and/or rural 
   dispensaries.
2. Installation costs for any one set for households/dispensaries.
3. Any implied maintenance costs.
4. Breakdown of available facility/sets by capacity.

Which sets are most favourable for poor and rural households or dis-
pensaries?

Can they be made locally? What are the possible arrangements for such 
an undertaking in collaboration with a locally registered NGO?
