Ban on mini-skirts in schools

Hi,

Just read the e-mail from Rana Badri <rbadri@equalitynow.org> appear-
ing on AFRO-NETS Thu, 20 Jul 2000 04:50:25 -0400 (EDT) 

regarding banning mini-skirts in Swiziland's school.

It is my opinion that this is an infringement on human rights. Anyone 
should be allowed the right to choose to wear whatever he or she like 
to wear. Isn't this in contravention of EEC legislation?
