Ban on mini-skirts in schools (2)
---------------------------------
Human rights and mini-skirts?
What about human responsibilities? Perhaps it's a good thing on this
occasion that EU legislation doesn't apply in Southern Africa where
the incidence of HIV AIDS from promiscuous behaviour is already at
epidemic proportions. Anything that can be done to discourage sexual
activity outside marriage might be seen to infringe human rights by
some but might be the most responsible and humane response in current
circumstances.
