Ban on mini-skirts in schools (13)

Whether or not this is a proper topic for AFRO-NETS is up to the mod-
erator - but I for one will be withdrawing my subscription if it con-
tinues much longer. I'm neither offended nor bored - but to be frank 
this seems to be something that is mainly of local, not global, in-
terest.
