Hi Jo,
You are of course free to unsubscribe any time from AFRO-NETS. Isn't
it interesting that after months of announcements and RFI (requests
for information) a reference to an old message on AFRO-NETS (from 20
Jul 2000) stirs such a debate? AFRO-NETS isn't just a list announcing
training courses, new publications, or RFI's. We appreciate active
participation of our subscribers in topics they feel relevant. AFRO-
NETS is primarily meant for local (African) interests - if it con-
cerns global issues - the better.
