Hi Afro-Netters

I haven't followed all the discussion on this topic, but has 
anyone mentioned the Swazi king's decree banning young women 
from having sex for 5 years!! Doesn't mention the young men - 
is it OK for them to go/get ahead (pun intended)? 

Before I get flamed for making this submission, let me suggest 
that the socio-politico-cultural context is incredibly impor-
tant in fighting HIV/Aids, especially in Southern Africa right 
now.
