Ban on mini-skirts in schools (15)
----------------------------------
Dear Moderator,
Thank you so so much for selecting this very important topic. The
incidence of teenage pregnancy in countries like ours is such that
we must explore remedies from all conceivable angles. We are
interested in learning about all possible ways of effectively
changing behaviour in the fight against AIDS. It is better to try to
do something about the problem at hand than to merely sit and watch
the situation. I commend the efforts of that country. The subject of
'banning mini-skirts' maybe politically incorrect in the West but
let's understand that we are different peoples and cultures.
In my opinion, instead of trying to suffocate discussion about an
important issue like this, let anyone with empirical evidence about
the subject enlighten us about its ineffectiveness. This, I think,
is the essence of intellectual discourse.
