Ban on mini-skirts in schools (16)

This may not sound as a serious solution to the AIDS crisis, com-
pared to other science-based approaches to addressing this problem. 
Nevertheless, it is an approach proposed by legitimate authorities 
of a country that is facing an epidemic. Instead of belittling 
their proposal let us try to educate them about other more appro-
priate methods of addressing this crisis.

In the many months I have been participating in these discussions I 
have certainly read more outrageous memos. But I am not quitting. I 
will keep on reading because I think this gives me the chance to of-
fer my views on important topics.
