Description:
The AIDS-Orphans Whitepaper is a brainstorming project with the aim
of combining sustainable tourism with AIDS-awareness, the promotion
of high and low-tech scientific knowledge and research on all aspects
of HIV/AIDS among the African and European public via inter-exchange-
able online education (e.g. by satellites), inter- and intra-cultural
understanding, reintegration of European and African unemployed, ex-
tra-qualification (e.g. for retired persons, persons on sabbatical,
students, scholars) in order to provide personal care to the AIDS-
Orphans who desperately need it.

The Whitepaper will serve as a common resource to write grants and to
promote the involvement of the general public in helping AIDS-
Orphans. It may serve as a primary document for presentations to gov-
ernments, public institutions, donors etc. helping to initiate and
fund the project on a broad scale.
