RFI: A-level coursework on AIDS

I am sixth-form student at Queens School in Hertfordshire. I am 
studying geography to A Level and I am currently researching "why 
AIDS is having different effects on different countries". I was won-
dering if you could send me information of AIDS in Uganda, about the 
social perception of the disease there and the reaction the govern-
ment has to the disease and the amount of health care a citizen can 
receive.

I would be very grateful if you could send me this information.
