RFI: Opportunistic Diseases Probability

Dear colleagues,

I am currently working in a project of how an insurance system could 
cover sanitary risks of a HIV/AIDS patient. I have already calculated 
the opportunistic diseases costs, but I would need: 
1. The probabilities of the frequency of these diseases in the 
   HIV/AIDS population.
2. Any information about opportunistic diseases, and its probability 
   or frequency in Africa, specially in western Africa (Burkina Faso).

I will really appreciate if you could send me some information con-
cerning the above issue.
