RFI: Medical Anthropology training courses

I am a Social Anthropologist working in the field of witchcrafts in 
South Africa. For this I am urgently interested in a course 'Medical 
Anthropology' offered by anyone. I would be very pleased getting some 
information about the programs. And leaving this beside: Do you know 
anything about a hospital in Johannesburg, working in cooperation 
with traditional healers? I am looking forward to hearing from you.
