Consultants sought - Infectious Disease Prevention

RTI's Center for International Development (CID) is seeking senior
and mid-level consultants with field experience in the design and im-
plementation of programs to prevent and treat the following infec-
tious diseases in developing countries:

* Acute respiratory infections
* Diarrheal diseases
* Malaria
* Tuberculosis

Qualifications required:

* Masters or Ph.D degree in relevant fields
* 10 or more years of field and consulting experience in developing
countries

RTI/CID offers a range of policy support, applied research and analy-
sis, and other technical expertise in urban finance and management,
population and health, social sector and education policy reform, and
environmental management. Activities emphasize institutional develop-
ment through the transfer of analytical tools and methods, and focus
at the national, sub-national, and local government levels in deliv-
ering advisory and training services. CID's 100 member staff, based
around the world, currently maintain an annual revenue base in excess
of US$ 28 million working with government clients, and such interna-
tional organizations as the ADB, USAID, the World Bank.
