Dear Mohammed,

I am not an obstetrician but a pediatrician so this is not my area of 
expertise. I am interested in the location of your practice. I am 
sure you are worried about possible teratogenicity of the drug you'll 
give. However, in the absence of a urine culture result you can try 
oral cefuroxime i.e. Zinnat Glaxo in my part of the world for 14 days 
at a dose of 500 mg B.D. You need 2 weeks minimum of antibiotics to 
treat a UTI. I look forward to hearing from you.
