Vacancies: Technical Advisors - Uganda

RTI?s Center for International Development is seeking short and long
term technical advisors for a 5-year USAID project in Uganda begin-
ning in the fall of 2002. Advisors will assist the government of
Uganda to refine systems and practices for the improved delivery and
decentralization of health and education services at the district
level. The focus will be on national level systems and best prac-
tices.

Qualifications include:
* minimum of 15 years professional experience in international devel-
opment;
* minimum 3 years overseas residence;
* strong substantive experience in health, education, local govern-
ment, decentralization and/or financial systems;
* Masters or Ph.D degree in relevant fields;
* Uganda experience required.
